Ceramic Punk Necklaces by David Bogus
The Punklocks are part of the larger Bogus Boutique installation—a fictional brand that critiques real-world consumerism, identity, and rebellion. These ceramic “necklaces” are one of the latest rollouts from the Bogus line: wearable protest signs disguised as luxury accessories.
Process-wise, it started with making something flat—playing with screen prints, vinyl cuts, and ceramic decals. These were experiments in surface and statement.
Conceptually, it’s punk. I like punk rock. I hate authority. The texts on each piece are lyrics from songs I’ve loved
